“We had a leak under our kitchen floor and were let down by British Gas on the day they were due to come in to repair. I called Elmbridge quite desperate and upset not knowing how big the leak was, where exactly it was and what to do to resolve, considering that we have a brand new kitchen and new floors etc. Steven was in the area and arrived soon after to assess, he was very reassuring and informative. He assured me that they are very experienced with these situations and my lovely new kitchen would be fine. I immediately felt at ease! He booked in the work for the very next day. Ian arrived on time and worked tirelessly to find and resolve the problem. Very pleased with all my interactions with Elmbridge Heating and Plumbing from my first call with Debbie who got someone to come round quickly, through to our problem been resolved the very next day.”
