“Souter Heating and Plumbing have been outstanding for a numbers of years keeping my dodgy ol' boiler going, and then replacing it and all the old cast iron radiators with those highly efficient new ones. Great job, worked great with the builder, end result is toasty! After care service on the boiler is taken care of as well - which is one less thing for me to worry about. “I had a haircut & dry, Daisy sorted out a bad haircut I'd had done previously and fixed my cut for me. She explained well what her suggestion to resolve was, and did a great cut. I felt she understood my requirements. Feeling much better with new cut and she added some banging side bangs :D Would highly recommend, she is clearly very capable & knowledgable. I will be back!”

“When our previous practice management, tax return and accounts production software became prohibitively expensive, I canvassed views from other practitioners and the overwhelming recommendation was BTC for everything except accounts production, which they didn't have at the time. Although I wasn't keen on a non-integrated solution the cost savings were huge so I bit the bullet. What I found was that not only is BTC simpler to use and just as comprehensive as our previous system in the areas it covered, it also integrates quite seamlessly into the AP package we took on at the same time. For probably 20% of the price, it does a better job! I still don't like the AP package we chose but it works, just a bit clunky. When I get time I must try the BTC equivalent which has now been launched. I also need to comment on the BTC customer service and technical support. Our IT providers 'upgraded' our server and messed up access to the BTC history files. Going far beyond the call of duty, BTC worked with them to fix everything that had been messed up, so that within a couple of days everything was working smoothly again. The only reason I rate BTC 5 stars is because there isn't a 6 to choose.”

“Sarah and the team at Woodham Lane Vets have been wonderful with Bella, she had a large cyst that other vets said they had to amputate a toe to get rid of it. Sarah happily gave me a second opinion and was reassuring, Bella now has all of her toes and no cyst! The care we received was second to none and the advice and follow up care was brilliant! Amy and Patsy were always friendly and helpful and Bella got lots of snuggles! We have now moved vet practices and have got both our dogs at Woodham Lane Vets and have also registered to their Healthy Pet Club. Thanks again for looking after our old girl so so well!”
