“In-toto installed our kitchen at the start of the year and we still love it. We choose the handle-less "In-line" model which looks very smart and many of our friends have commented on it. Paul was very helpful in designing our kitchen and choosing the appliances. The fitters were very friendly and did a great job installing the units in our old house which has a floor that slopes and walls that aren't exactly straight. We would recommend In-toto and definitely use them again in the future.”

“I don't even know where to start! My sister-in-law had her wedding dress designed and made by Elaine and recommended her to me when I couldn't find my perfect outfit for my own big day. I honestly can't shout loudly enough about how great Elaine is. I walked into her shop with some fabric and a rough idea of a jumpsuit I wanted, and when I tell you I felt like I knew this woman my entire life, I mean it. I was greeted by the most friendly, charismatic and talented dressmaker! (Plus an adorable little furry friend, Bonnie) In just a two weeks Elaine made me a toile (a test) of the jumpsuit, made sure everything was perfect before going on to do the final outfit in my chosen fabric and it is honestly the most flattering item I've ever tried on (I had to buy this too). The whole process was zero stress and I knew I was in excellent hands. Her communication and precision was impeccable: She dropped by my house to make sure I was happy with the lining she had chosen and just everything about Elaine's process is so hands on, accommodating and friendly. She just really wants you to be happy! I wasn't the slightest bit worried or nervous when I arrived back at her shop just a few weeks later to try on the finished jumpsuit. It fit perfectly and we were both just as excited that the vision had come to life. I don't know what I would have done without her! I know this isn't my last purchase from Elaine and I can't wait to get new garments made by her. Her talent and love for the craft really speaks for itself, but honestly she's just great all round! She did everything possible to make me happy, comfortable and covid safe. If you're umming and ahing about where to get your wedding dress, jumpsuit or just the most flattering day to day clothing look no further. Elaine is an incredible designer, seamstress and awesome woman! I was so excited to show Elaine our wedding photos and share how everyone at the wedding was just as in love with the jumpsuit as we were. I honestly wouldn't change anything about the process or the outfit. She made the whole thing seamless and enjoyable (plus she saved my husband a headache or two)! Thank you Elaine!”

“Erinda is so lovely and welcoming. Enter her small studio where the magic begins!! I had a full body 60 minutes - my usual but this was the first time with Erinda. Heated blankets relax your body and Erinda then gives you the most wonderful massage finding all those stress points and gently but firmly does her stuff asking if all's good as she works around you. The best Botox I’ve had in London with an amazing nurse, the last dose before restrictions lasted from January to August which is the longest I’ve experienced I can’t wait for my next session. I used the tanning, teeth whitening, massage and pedicures. All to an amazing standard. Other services include microblading, fillers, tinting, waxing, brow lamination, henna brows, last extensions and spray tans. They really have everything you could need. “Emma was absolutely fantastic from the very first enquiry I sent, to saying goodbye after my hair had been transformed and she had kindly buttoned me into my wedding dress! We had a small intimate wedding and having Emma with me felt as though I had a friend helping me to get ready! She took lots of care to make sure that I was happy with the style and made such an effort with my two sons and husband to be! I felt very comfortable and at ease and would definitely recommend Emma. We didn’t have a trial due to location differences but my hair was perfect and lasted all day and night.”

Kind, funny, charismatic and knows exactly what she’s doing. She’ll listen but gently steer you along the right path if she envisages a better style/length to suit you. I’ve been seeing her for over six years (she’s now taken over this salon), as have my three teens and I always always always love her colour and cuts. She is a wonderful stylist/director/hairdresser who goes above and beyond to accommodate you with a slot (she even gave me a pair of mini straighteners once so I could try them out!). If she ever moves I’m going with her. But she won’t as this is her venture. Book her. You’ll want to thank me (and her!).”
