“Excellent orthodontics treatment procedure. Dr. Saleem Hasanally is a very talented, committed, and enthusiastic individual who gives his patients excellent care. We weren't sure how the treatment for our son would go because it was a bit extreme case and at first it appeared that surgery might be necessary to remove the teeth that were lodged in the upper jaw. But thanks to Dr. Saleem Hasanally's persistence, professionalism, and patience, my son began to respond to treatment in just three months, outcomes at six months were even more encouraging. This time, my son's facial semantics also improved, and his biting also changed for the better. After a year, my son has a much better appearance, his teeth are much aligned now and we anticipate that in another six to twelve months, he won't require braces. I first heard of Dr Ahmed/ Harrow on The Hill Dental practice when my sister was getting married, I was super impressed by the work he had done to give my sister a beautiful smile for her wedding. He has been patient & kind, a true artist with amazing dentistry skills. While planning my treatment plan, he was attentive, patient and helped direct me on the best way to get my perfect smile. She always greets clients with a bright smile and is accommodating to my busy schedule when booking appointments. She has honestly been a life saver, I wouldn’t have been as consistent with my appointments if not for her. “Laser has absolutely changed my life!!! I was terrified before I first started as I wasn’t sure what the results would be, however everyone at este made sure I was comfortable and when I had my test patch I knew there was no going back. The treatments work and the aftercare advice is phenomenal. Noemi is absolutely amazing!!! She is the main aesthetic therapist I have been going to. I am very particular especially when it comes to my face, but Noemi has always ensured whatever treatments she has been using work for my skin. No matter how many clients she has, she always gets to know them and their skin, as she did with mine. I love hydrafacials here but most of all the micro needling. As an Asian woman, I am prone to pigmentation. The micro needling sessions have definitely reduced this and made my skin look healthier than I’ve ever seen it. “I have now been at Bridge Dental Practice twice and I am happy I found them. My dentist has been Angela. They are very patient and professional and handles people with severe odontophobia very delicately. Never once did I feel rushed, it was all in my own pace and they adjusted to it and made sure to talk me through every step of the process. The practice it it self is very open and inviting; the place was spotless and from start to finish they paid close attention to hygiene and cleaning. “First I was bit unsure about this online consultation service. I have booked this for my mother who came from abroad. We booked it in Webber Pharmacy Harrow. The staff over there was very helpful and everything was neat and clean. We got to see Dr Abbey who was really friendly, knowledgeable and listened to everything and aske all necessary questions. She asked me to check her temperature, discussed the symptoms and asked me to show the affected area with medical specialist web camera. It was really easy to use. Overall the system was used friendly. Once the consultation finished then she sent the prescription to the pharmacy so we just had to pick up the medicines from there and go. I really recommend this service as well as Webber pharmacy. I didn't feel much difference between face to face appointment and this online GP consultation. It saved both my money and time. “I had a video consultation in a dedicated little room in a local pharmacy. In the room were several common items that are often used to measure blood pressure etc there was also what looked like a magnifying glass presumably to assist the doctor to get a better look if required. However, in my case that was not necessary. I found the video consultation as good as in person. The screen was very clear and the treating doctor was pleasant, articulate and clearly very competent and professional. I felt very at ease and it was much less rushed than seeing my NHS GP. I really like this service and will probably adopt it as my regular GP service.”

“I attended the Health Pharmacy for my booster as they are one of the few vaccination centres that offer the Astra Zeneca . I have an autoimmune disease and also suffer from anaphylaxis so I wanted to find a centre where I could have the Astra Zeneca as a booster as I had not reacted badly to my first two vaccinations and did not want to risk taking a Moderna or Pfizer vaccine as a booster as I would not know if I would react to it. . Kiran and Rupal did the appropriate checks to ascertain my conditions before administering the booster and the service and care I received was first class, with precautions taken to stay at the pharmacy for 30 minutes afterwards to ensure I did not react. “GPS are brilliant. They are caring and straightforward. Felt supported. As long you're able to articulate you're health needs and know when you need a gp or urgent care or A&E the system works. And you have to learn the booking online system and keep asking the receptionist who are ready to update you and assist. On how to access the website.”

“I have a self propelled wheelchair and had found the wheels were not gripping the road surface safely, not a good experience in London's streets! I was seen by two of their technicians and got two new larger wheels fitted with a better time that was much better than before. It was a great service,we talked about some technical issues that I understand as I used to ride various bikes when I wasn't disabled and had an enjoyable experience whilst they were fitted and an enjoyable and engaging experience. They provide a good service provision in the Borough of Harrow and I know other users who say the same thing. Also they have a home visit service for general maintenance and repair of many different types of wheelchair. In the current climate of council grant cuts and the demands they meet,I cannot speak highly enough of the work that they do and demand they meet, I thank the staff sincerely.”
