I have used Capitax Financial since early 2018 after an IT contractor colleague recommendation, the difference in service quality and level between my prevous accountancy firm, whom I was with for 7 years, and Capitax is massive even though the size of their team are the same. My one regret is that I should have made the switch much earlier because I would have saved money, be in control of running my limited company and received a better quality of service.
