“Today was my second time going to Lovelee Hair. Lisa and her team did an AMAZING job fixing my hair! I originally got my hair coloured in a different salon elsewhere but I was unhappy with the results. As I am fairly new to the Kingston area and I decided to try Lovelee Hair to see if their great reviews matched in person. Lisa and her team are very welcoming and the salon is very clean. They offer hot and cold drinks upon arrival. They did a superb job at fixing my hair colour and I honestly and genuinely felt like a celebrity afterwards and I never feel this way!! I even got a compliment from a stranger today on my new hair. I was feeling so insecure about the hair job done at the salon elsewhere but after going to Lovelee Hair I feel so good about my hair. “Century 21 and their manager Tamara sold our house after 2 viewings at the asking price when previously 3 well known estate agents given over a year did not manage to achieve. Their strategy is honestly and transparency when others made people view our house when they were not even interested by the area and were looking for a totally different geographical area. Tamara has not just found the buyer she also spent time coordinating communication between the buyer’s solicitor and our solicitor. I went in with some nail issue but I have been given constructive advice and my nails were treated with proper care ! “Walked in without appointment. My hair was cut by Kate. She was very professional, used a wider variety of techniques (and tools.) than my previous barbers and achieved much cleaner results. I went in with some vague instructions (Smart, summer, interview ready.) as I'm never sure what to ask for and left understanding exactly why this place has such high ratings. It's £2 more for a gents restyle cut than the place down the road, but we'll worth it. Will be back again.”

“After spending a hellish 3.5 hours in the local Moss Bros, I walked into this lovely little shop to have my sizes eyed-up perfectly on the first try by Rudi, a gentlemen who started selling suits in 1979 at the age of 16, has worked all over the world, clothed celebrities and royals, and spent many years working on Bond Street. He was fantastic, professional, accomodating, courteous, and consistently went the extra mile. I tried on a few Italian suits, which all seemed to be of excellent quality, and was offered a tailoring service too, of course. Frankly, I don't think I could ever shop somewhere like Moss Bros again after enjoying the service and quality offered here. Very highly recommended!”

Most of the time I think Chinese restaurants in Europe generally adapt flavours too much to match our taste, maybe a wrong impression. Not in this case though. “I’ve never eaten at Poor Boys but have ordered from here a number of times and they never disappoint. In my opinion this is the best takeaway option in Kingston if you’re looking for American food. It’s not cheap but the food is delicious and always cooked to a high standard. I wouldn’t order the calamari again as this doesn’t travel well, but everything else can easily be heated up on the oven without compromising the quality. I love the popcorn cauliflower and was really disappointed to see this isn’t available as a starter/snack anymore, but hope they’ll bring it back soon. I’m a meat eater but always loved ordering it as a great side! The Cajun fries are an absolute must too.”

Consistently good quality manicures and pedicures every time. I got 6 weeks out of this shellac gel mani. No chips (picture 1 is 6 weeks growth, picture 2 is when I got them redone just now). The owner is so so friendly, and everything is safe and covid secure. I don’t usually do these reviews but honestly they do an incredible job everytime. The pedicures are fab too, very thorough. I won’t go anywhere else now”
