And his experience was also really helpful in telling us what we didn't want and prevented us from over ordering too. We went to Rens for a (free) tasting session with James and just felt really comforted about hiring the kind and professional team working there. The food we tried was also excellent (both for meat eaters and for vegetarians). We took a doggy bag of some of it home for some of our family who all agreed that it was very tastey.
