Counselling in Twickenham
● Open“Greg has been extremely helpful in my journey to rediscovering self-confidence. In his sessions, I feel like I can express anything I want to freely, without judgement and always knowing that I can take my time. We've explored a lot of background into the way early experiences have affected behaviour and how to move on and forwards through lots of intelligent conversation. His sessions aren't intimidating, but relaxed and up to you to choose what's discussed. I'd definitely recommend Greg to anybody seeking even someone to listen.”

Dean has a careful approach and always provides understanding; his support has helped me to think in much more positive ways for the future.”

Brigitte Haas Counselling
● Open“"I received a lot of support from Brigitte while I was going through a difficult time in my life. Her warmth, understanding and real interest in me made it possible for me to talk about painful issues. Because of that and the right questions she asked I could develop new perspectives and could find my strength again." Ursula, 2011 "Working with Brigitte was an incredibly valuable experience for me. Not only did I find her professional and highly skilled but she worked with an open honesty, which for me, was like a breath of fresh air." Lucy, 2007 "Brigitte is warm, empathic and committed to her clients. She is reliable and consistent and I felt very safe by her boundaried approach. I enjoyed Brigitte's sense of humour in our sessions as well as her gentle and effective challenges. At times I tried to hide things from her, (and myself) and Brigitte would notice this but the decision was always mine whether I pursued it or not, we worked at my pace". Sonya, 2007”

Lauren Calladine Counselling & Psychotherapy
● Open“In 2017 at the age of 68 I found myself in a very dark place. I was stuck in a situation that I could see no end to and no light at the end of the tunnel. A close friend of mine recommended a counselling service that she had experience of. I contacted them and a appointment was made. I went to my first session full of apprehension, as I had never done anything like this before. I count myself very lucky to find Lauren had been assigned to be my counsellor. I found myself completely at ease, and I opened up immediately Over the coarse of the next few months, I attended weekly sessions with Lauren. Until I could see light at the end of that tunnel, and my life was getting better and better. Then we both agreed that I was ready to stop counselling. This was difficult for me at first, as I actually looked forward to my weekly sessions. But it was time to move on. But sometimes if I felt myself drifting back to the bad times, I would sit quietly, and think, what would Lauren say to me. It's over a year now since ,my last session, and my life has never been so good. Thank you Lauren .”

Transition Counselling
● Open“Marie was the best therapist I've had, able to help me put language around the experiences I was having. She was able to facilitate some of the biggest breakthroughs that I've had and been a means of a much healthier, balanced lifestyle. Her cultural competency was especially strong, something that I've struggled to find with other therapists and was able to contextualise some of the externalities affecting my mental health (the impact of racism for instance). An absolutely fantastic therapist - would highly recommend!”

Surrey Downs Counselling
● Open“I can’t imagine my life without meeting Turiya. At the time I was meeting a few counsellors but didn’t feel right with anyone. My yoga teacher told me that she knows someone really good and she was absolutely right. From the first session I felt comfortable talking with Turiya, his holistic approach was practical and worked well for me. He is a very patient and understanding listener and great guide to me and my husband, to explore what is happening and how we can break the recurring cycle to change our life easier. As a child we never had good mature adults to talk, his talking therapy and guidance was exactly what was missing in our life. I used to look for a female oriental counsellor but he made me realised what I really needed. Now I can start to think about what I want to do in my life, not just how I can survive. I recommend Turiya for anyone and actually some of my friends have gone to see him as well. I think everyone has any kind of missing parts in their childhood, it’s always good to talk to a specialist to find that parts to fill them out for enjoyable life.”

South West London Counselling and Psychotherapy
● OpenWoodlawn Road, London SW6 4LW, United Kingdom“Vicky Sinclair changed my life. I went to therapy to manage anxiety around returning to a leadership position at work as a new mom, and I could've stopped there, but I went further and in the process, embarked on a much bigger internal journey of self discovery, childhood, loss, trauma, boundaries, compassion, acceptance, etc. that ended with having a new approach to life (including work), closure on the past, greater confidence, and a much more positive way of thinking and seeing the world. I strongly recommend Vicky to anyone considering therapy (small/specific or big/broad). She's a modern, inspirational, candid therapist with a lot of experience, insight, knowledge and compassion. You need to do the self-work and be open to the journey, but I can't think of a better guide who can have a positive, long lasting impact on your life. I am eternally grateful to her. I also wish I went to therapy sooner because there are so many studies and learnings about the human brain and way we evolved/think/react/process events/etc., it's crazy it doesn't form part of our basic education. We could all lead much more fulfilling lives if we knew we weren't alone in our thoughts/experiences, educated ourselves, found the roots of our challenges, and were aware of the tools at our disposal.”
