The days following my nose piercing, I noticed more swelling than expected, to the point of risking absorption of the jewelry I was initially pierced with. I messaged them, and despite it being a bank holiday, they saw me right away to replace the jewelry with a piece that allowed more space for healing, all while keeping the original jewelry. Even better? They did this at no additional cost. I will definitely be coming back for any piercing needs I have”

“I am currently having my kitchen installed. However although someone from Wren came to my house and measured followed by me attending appointment with Kitchen designer,and planed the kitchen paid in cash, but the kitchen which delivered on 24 June has not yet been fitted due to first. The worktop was wrong size and Wren replaced it. But now the cabinets are wrong. I haven't been able to use my kitchen since 27th June nor fridge or freezer or washing machine. I am so disapoited and frustrated. I don't know what is going to happen. I need help.”
