“Loughton movement clinic has transformed my life and I am forever grateful for all they have done and continue to do. Two years ago when I first walked through the door I was dealing with chronic illness and multiple physical injuries. I had an intense travel schedule and was living between London and New York. I had worked with multiple trainers in the past but no one compares to Joe and Chess. They both embody and practice what they instill in their clients. Beginning with the simple but effective philosophy of movement is medicine Joe skillfully designed a rehabilitation program to help my body heal and recover. He supported me when I traveled and his recommendations extended to my life style, diet and overall well being. Rather than focusing on the superficial Joe and Chess focus on health, self esteem and an appreciation of the human body and it’s potential. Joe is an incredible, skillful coach and adult educator who knows how to build on success whilst still knowing how to push when needed. Two years later I have thankfully recovered from my chronic illness and I can run in the park with my nieces and nephews and while traveling for work still maintain an exercise routine, even if that means dancing to Chaka Khan in my hotel room. Joe and Chess treat their clients like family, the attention and care they provide to each of their clients is so generous and heartfelt. Like many women I have struggled with my body image and fluctuating weight but through my experience working with Joe I now have a deeper appreciation and positive relationship and acceptance of my body and movement is part of my everyday routine. “Fab shop and the vets are absolutely lovely, best in the area hands down. Had to come here after Goddard Wanstead had been messing my kitten around from 3 months old, I still couldn't get an appointment when he was 10 months old (after repeated calls, cancellations and mistakes on their end). So grateful Vets 4 Pets got us in quickly and easily and the vet that dealt with us was so kind.”

Toby has gained confidence in a way that I can't describe. Sensei Steve is an absolute role model and a very special human being. The community he has created based on care, respect and dedication is a very special thing. The hall is always very clean and safety is paramount. We feel very lucky that Toby trains here, it is such a huge part of his life and something we are all very proud of.”

“My husky malamute looked amazing, smelt so good and was completely dry (every other groomers she is always slightly damp). I told my mum what a great groomer Lizzie was and she took her 12 year old husky. Again looked amazing but lizzie must have removed about 20kg of fur, he looks almost slim now. Thank you lizzie xxx”
