“Used the online click & collect and picked up my order today, staff on site at the door to control customers were friendly and the guy who took care of me at the counter was really helpful. Everything I ordered was in stock and collection was effortless. Can't fault Screwfix from the Web site, selecting and ordering what I needed to collection from the store. Very good thanks”

“Top notch food store. Friendly staff, always helpful. Very clean. All the food is fresh all the time. The only thing that is kind of negative is that they don't have a great selection of products. Also most of the products are addressed to wealthy people rather than everyone. But overall an outstanding customer experience.”

“Young man called ayan was extremely helpful and respectful. He helped my aged mother pack her shopping and also carried it out to the car for her. Amazing customer service even though the shop was super busy. We were very well looked after. The whole team is very welcoming and friendly, even though sometimes their facial expressions show they are under pressure. Never the less they always do their best to help. Car park is always busy and it can take forever to find parking but once inside the staff always try their best to help. Very good experiance and i always prefer it iver other super markets.”

“This supermarket has a great range of goods, including some Habitat household items, Tu clothing and even children's toys At the back there is an in-store Argos, where you can order and collect items. The parking in the Swan Centre car park is so much better now that the spaces have been widened and the lift to from the store is very convenient. They have reinstated the use of a coin to unlock the shopping trollies, so don't forget your £1. Staff were helpful when searching for things and at the tills.”

“Nice Lidl store, all the expected products, can get very crowded when busy. Make sure you validate your parking using your till receipt after you've done your shopping otherwise there'll be a hefty penalty charge!”

“Just seen a review pop up and thought i'll comment. Always had a good experience and same with others i know. First off this guy below dropped his own mod and blaming the company?? i mean please lol and they still offered to help. i make my own mods and have been buying Rebel mods for years, never had an issue, they are awesome quality. As far i can see these are the customers that whinge and complain at everything in life... They been selling mods for years and still going, says enough really but i cannot recommend them enough! People are moaning about waiting times... you realise these are handmade right? Sheesh calm down”
