“Here you can see the chef's specialty for a Thursday lunch, lasagna with chips and salad. It was delicious, hot and we had a bunch of sauces on the table as well. It was a little bit too much for me, I left a little bit of lasagna on my plate when I was done. 5* for the friendly staff, the location, the place. Highly recommend this place.”

“From the second you walk in until the second you leave you feel like you are home away from home. The staff who are mainly volunteers I might add are all lovely and friendly and the manageress (RACHAEL) is an absolute breath of fresh air, always has a smile on her face and always willing to try and make your stay as good an experience as she and her team possibly can. There isn't a massive selection of food , but what they do have is beautifully cooked and made and presented in a very clean and professional manner . All the food is freshly prepared and the coffee is awesome. The decor of the Cafe is very cosy and comfortable and also very bright and airey which allows you to just relax . The seating is of a very high standard and the Cafe is also situated next to a park so you can make a day or afternoon of it if you have children etc etc. I can't recommend this place enough, and I'm in there most days lol. “Can't rate this place highly enough and have recommended it to anyone I meet locally who wants to get into - or back into - exercising after having a baby. The classes are brilliant, full of friendly people and you can bring your baby to plenty of them too (lots to keep them entertained as well as super lovely instructors who are always willing to help while you work out). The coffee is brilliant and a great treat for afterwards, and the line up of food vans looks great too”

The team went above and beyond in pushing back our food time, as we had pre ordered being a large group but a few took a wrong turn on the walk! Food quality was great, and service was spot on! “Had a really lovely lunch here yesterday, the new fit out is beautifully done, with a lovely Bar & Garden area, along with a nice relaxed dining area. The new menu is delicious we had a quick lunch with my friend having the Fish Finger Sandwich & I had a perfectly cooked Wagyu Bavette. “Amazing place. Great vibes and very "upper class but still a pub vibe". Very nice staff and delicious food. It's tucked away from most places and we went during the dark so didn't get to see much of the outside. It did have an amazing seating area out the front we didn't get to try because in typical british fashion it was torrential rain, however it looked lovely! Would recommend for those looking for a nice pub tucked away.”
