Today the fridge freezer died, so I contacted the number in the manual, but their solution wasn't acceptable. I then phoned Howdens in Borehamwood, where we had bought the kitchen originally, and spoke to a very nice man named Howard. Howard immediately swung into action, arranged to have a brand new replacement fridge delivered the next day and even put me in contact with someone who would install it, as it is an integrated fridge freezer. Throughout, he was polite, friendly and very helpful. I can't speak highly enough of the level of service.
