“We held a charity Ladies Lunch and Fashion Show at the newly refurbished Holiday Inn, Shepperton, and it was amazing. From the initial contact and throughout the process all requests/arrangements were met with a positive ‘no problem’ attitude. Under the leadership of the amazing Sandra the whole team were warm, friendly and professional throughout the day. Rooms were provided for the models and choir to get ready in and the main event took place in a beautifully prepared dining room. Nearly 150 guests dined on fantastic food - all delicious, promptly served, and the hot food was hot! This is an annual event, but our first time at this venue, and we will certainly be back - our guests will insist on it! Well done and our grateful thanks to everyone involved. “Ordered a set menu meal over the phone and it was great. They were happy to change things out if we wanted. The food was delivered on time and so good! The closest I've got to authentic Chinese in the UK, not too salty and full of flavour. The particular highlights were sweet and sour pork, satay chicken, lemon chicken and beef with mushrooms. 100% recommend.”

“So many times I’ve driven past this little place, also thought about stopping and give it ago. I finally did, yes I only got a drink and skinny chips. But I wasn’t disappointed. Bloody lovely chips, will be stopping off again and trying some else next time. Staff was great, tables and chairs lovely and clean. The area around the cafe lovely and clean. “A great inexpensive hotel. Service was a little slow at times as they seemed short staffed. The same guy checked us in, was later behind the bar and waiting tables for dinner, and was also single-handedly running the front of house for breakfast. Our room was clean and modern. There was a hair dryer but no safe. There are a few shops very close by, but apart from that there's nothing of interest in the local area. The hotel is a good option as a stopover or to use as a base as it's near major roads.”

We ordered at the bar and the staff were quick to acknowledge you and were happy and chatty when serving. “This place is actually so good. We tried it out on a whim, and it is miles better than the nearby KFC. While the menu doesn't have as much on it, the food is it fresh and really really hot. Highly recommend.”

“Best Chinese takeaway in the area! I can’t fault any dishes here. I Highly recommend the dumplings, Singapore noodles and, kungpo prawns crispy beef! I see there have been some negative reviews in the past but don’t let this put you off because the food and menu has greatly improved. Staff have been amazing during lockdown and continued to serve high quality food”

“Come check out the new Ashford Surrey shisha spot I went first time and I have to say the service was 100% great. Excellent quality shisha and many great flavours to choose from. Nice atmosphere and would highly recommend to all.”
