In about two weeks with them I've received better support than I had in two years from my previous GP, physicals booked, appointments sorted fairly quickly, referrals around long-running health issues booked etc Genuinely blown away, but how much this feels like the NHS a few years ago for the massive drop in quality/capacity.”
