“Brady in the bar restaurant went above and beyond. It was extremely busy so the waiters were fully engaged for a lot of the time. Brady was serving behind the bar. he saw people in the bar area were waiting for refills of drinks. He stepped up and provide a very smooth service in collecting used cups and replacing with new order. Excellent service!”

“Stayed here in July for the second time. Both visits we have been upgraded this time to the Mayfair suite. We were treated amazingly by the staff. Room was glorious and very comfortable. Really appreciated the care from the lady at reception. Nothing was too much for her! Thank you for a gorgeous stay!”

“Very good food, good services, there is a gas station and food store very close to the location (3min walk). There is a bus station, but there is no Underground or train station. The location is right next to the motorway. The hotel does not have any playground, so it is quite boring for kids. Excelent breakfast buffet!”

“My thing is attention to detail and they 'nail' it everytime (except for one time). The whole staff takes the time to make sure you leave happy with the results. Danny is my personal favourite, pure talent, he will make your acrylic full set look like it’s your nails and they just don’t break. Worth the money, all the way. 100% Recommend.”
