“A fantastic hotel! I was a little wary when my taxi pulled up outside and all I could see was a door and sign sandwiched between other businesses. But when the door opens you are transported to a sleek and smooth hotel. With warm and inviting decor and very friendly staff. I travel for business and get fed up of takeout, so the fact that the rooms come with a kitchen is a massive bonus. (Would recommend bringing key essentials, like oil, salt and pepper if you have room) The turn down service is wonderful and the rooms are lovely and big Would highly recommend”

“The value for money is just perfect! Food is absolutely delicious and staff is super friendly and welcoming! I wish the tables were a bit wider but it's still getting 5/5 as the food and staff are brilliant!”

“Kind staff, perfect location, cheap rooms and nice standard :). I kinda dont understand bad opinions, because I was there for 5 days and everything was perfect. I even left my money, laptop and phone when they were cleaning rooms and everything was just like I left it. Sometimes you need to wait for hot water especially on the 4th floor but that is just gravity, not owners fault.”

“It was a great hotel. I don't know why people complaining about this hotel. It was really easy to check in and your free to go and comeback with a password. The rooms are small but perfect. Only thing of service. When people stay longer cann you make the rooms clean after maybe 3 days or something. It's a small tip!! Maybe see you next time.”

“Hands down the best B and B to say not only just in London but I would go as far as saying in the uk. A warm welcome at the door by a lovely family and they make u feel welcomed. Room upgraded at no extra cost. Only 2 of us but gave an extra bed ;). And so kind enough to give us a downstairs ensuite and a cup of tea. Facilities were extraordinary and lovely homey vibe. Thank you for the memories and hand on heart this is one stay I’ll never forget until the next time x”

“If you want the high fashion look this is the place to come. They have two branches in Wembley & Burnt Oak. I have been coming to this clothes shop for many years. I always get compliments and everyone always asks where I get my clothes Really good quality clothes.”

“I’ve came here so many times with my family and every time, the service and food is outstanding. We are always made to feel so welcome and it’s so lovely when staff remember who you are, as my Grandad is in a wheelchair and requires extra assistance. Little things like this really mean a lot. And nothing is ever an issue and the food is always delicious and so fresh. Thank you so much for another lovely meal! We’ll be back soon!”

“Great little guest house, parking on site if pre arranged. Friendly, welcoming host, good bathroom, comfy beds, clean room. Everything you could need. There is a train line behind but there's no horns blaring & the trains are pretty quiet, double glazing does a good job of masking the sound but be aware if you're a light sleeper. We will certainly be back”

“Always nice to stop for a nice soya mocha and puppychino when I am out with the boys. Glad they not only let dogs in but even have a drink for them too. I love telling the staff my name is Costa when they ask. Then let them shout out Costa a few times before I get my drink from starbucks with Costa written on the cup. Childish, I know.”

“Excellent supermarket and I am usually not at all a fan of Morrisons but the environment is airy, bright and clean without glare. It is never too busy (although only ever been weekdays before 09.00 and after 18.00) and has a great selection of everything except for some reason children's toys and games.”

“To be fair, I really like this Travelodge. The ladies on the desk are always very lovely when I go particularly one, but I can't remember her name!! The parking here is really easy, sometimes it does get busy but there is parking round the back of the hotel itself that people don't realise! The rooms are nice enough and are perfect for any business trips as you can easily access most things in London. From, Brent cross.”

“The driver Qasam was a top man, friendly and accommodating. Drove us home without any issues, clearly an experienced driver. Vehicle was very clean and plenty of space for all of our luggage. Would definitely recommend Broadfield Taxis.”

“Just getting started. One price for all meals £8.90 pork and chicken dishes currently. We had sweet and sour with rice and black bean with noodles. Liked noodles better than rice. Good portions. Staff very friendly.”

“We have been to the Caribbean a few times and this was our first visit to Mauritius. We were not disappointed but overwhelmed by the beauty of its coastline and scenery and by the hospitality and friendliness of its citizens. The Hotel was amazing, the best I have ever stayed in and far superior in every way to those in the Caribbean. "The Residence ‘met all our needs in luxury, attention to detail, and the hospitality shown towards us by the staff. We were given a ‘Butler’ who was always on call if needed and our room was well serviced by our very friendly chambermaid who changed our sheets after so many days without our prompting. The food choice was overwhelming and of a high quality, as was the service provided by those waiting on the tables. A big thank you to all the staff who made our visit so memorable and especially to the Manager who made our last day relaxing by extending our room stay because of our late flight. I must also mention that the local agents Coquille Bonheur were excellent, as was the service provided by Enchanting Holidays .”

“I have been staying in this hotel for 1 or 2 nights a week, most weeks, for over a year now, for work reasons. If you want a bed for the night, a shower, a toilet and not much else - this is the place for you. Personally I’d rather spend the other £50-70 on dinner/drinks than stay at what would still be a basic travelodge etc. at twice the price. Jay on reception is a great guy and goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible at what is, at the end of the day, a very basic, low budget hotel. Location is absolutely fantastic with a very short walk to Paddington station. Understand what you are booking - this isn’t the Ritz, but it’s fine by me.”
