"We have used number 1 for years and it has always been perfect... until today. Chilli beef was as good as always but chicken balls were the biggest let down ever. Thick, undercooked butter with the smallest amount of chicken. Not the usual standard so no idea if chefs changed or they are saving money but I will not be back."

"Was impossible to get through by phone, but went down and ordered so finally got to try it. Definitely worth it compared to all the others in the area. We have had some real hit and misses but this is definitely one we will be using again, just beware the time it can take to get it."

"Utterly outrageous. Ordered tonight and after an hour and a half wait (which I did not mind as it was advised when ordering) half the food arrived stone cold. Phoned them to complain and all I got was a rude attitude. My wife's food was fine and she ate it. Advised them of this. Eventually agreed a £10 refund, being just less than 50% of the meal but they insisted on collecting the food. I then received a call essentially accusing me of dishonesty as we did not return all the food. Told me I should bring the rest of the food to them as they refunded 100%. After explaining the previous conversation I was passed to another person whose customer service skills left a lot to be desired. Frankly appalling service and unbelievably rude and confrontational. They really need to sort this out. Very sad as have ordered from them since they opened on and off but will not be doing so again and would advise everyone to avoid. I wonder why they wanted the food back....."

"I decide for a change take different place and come here. Ordered Singapore rice. Rice was dry and had a funny chlorine smell. Meat inside was so small chunks and so little that I could recognise only a bits of chicken . I hope rest of meals are much better but I do not rush to go back."
