Alma's Restaurant Italian Cuisine & Pizzeria

Staff were friendly and food was cooked fresh. Steak done very well, pizza cooked great and to prove it all I got was a photo of the coffee as we scoffed the lot! Coffee was great too. Thanks guys will be back here again for sure.”

The Hampshire
● Open“Amazing, nothing less than praise for this place. We came by chance here and what looked like a regular pub turned out to be an Indian feast. We hadn’t booked but the place is so big that they can easily accommodate for any size. Food was super delicious, I highly recommend the lollipop chicken for starters alongside the okra fries. For mains we had a masala, a jalfrezi and a madras; all of which were amazing along with pilau rice and a bread basket. In my personal opinion the curries could be a touch spicier but I like my stuff very spicy. They also serve Indian Cobra beers. Staff were also very friendly and attentive, service super speedy. Loved the vibe and will definitely come back over the summer to check out the garden.”

Côte Soho
● Open“Visited tonight for dinner and I have to say it was a great experience. Food was delicious, restaurant was modern and clean, and the staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. The three-course ‘prix fixe’ menu seems to be good value for money considering the great quality of food you get - though it’s options are quite limited. Overall an enjoyable meal and I look very much forward to coming back.”

Kwai Garden Chinese Takeaway葵园中餐
● Closed“So tried this takeaway for the 1st time today, firstly i have to say, what a lovely lady i spoke to on the phone, she took my order and was friendly and polite and patient with me as i was unsure about a few of the items i was ordering. My food was delivered by a friendly and polite driver tpo. Our food came piping hot, i thought i had ordered something wrong so i called up again and the lady at the other end explained to me politely what my meals were and how they should look and i have to say the food was lovely, the service lovely and the friendliness of the lady taking the order to the driver was just such a nice experience. I shall certainly be ordering again and highly recommend this take away”

Caffè Nero
● Open“It started raining, and I dived into this Cafe Nero. Okay, the pannini was overpriced and rather disappointing but that's normal. The Americano coffee, on the other hand, was just right and exactly what I needed. So, this is your go to place for coffee, but who needs food!”

The Duke's Head Putney
● Open“We got married on the 02 September and couldn't recommend The Duke's Head more as a venue! The night before my wedding, when I was dropping off the decorations and the cake..etc. I met with Dorian and he was just fantastic. He was patient and took the time to listen to me and what I needed. He made me feel comfortable and reassured me that everything would be done and ready for the following day, which is priceless when you're at your most stressed. The only thing that The Dukes Head could have done better would have been if Dorian had been our point of contact through out the lead up as his one night outshone any other communication prior. The night of our wedding was a blast, the entire team were just amazing! Quinton, the manager, was on top of everything and made our evening one to remember. The staff were very attentive and remained friendly and willing to help all evening. They ensured that we always had a drink and were prompt with the food, which was very tasty! The highlight of their amazing service was the communication with myself and my wife. They checked times with us and were flexible if anything changed, such as speeches. The turn around from the sit down to dance floor was very quick, which was then followed by a fantastic evening buffet! The Coxwain room is so beautifully decorated it really didn't need much more, however with the original decor, everything we added and the extraordinary view out the windows both us and our guests were blown away.”

Prince Alfred
● Open“My go to pub when staying at the Grand Royale London Hyde Park hotel on Inverness Terrace. Great selection of cask and craft beers with a pretty good pub grub menu. Had a vegetarian pie on my first visit and it was was very tasty. Because of its proximity to the Bayswater underground station I would stop and have my pre-match pint(s) before heading out to the grounds. Live music on Sundays which draws a sizeable crowd. Can't wait to get back there during my next visit to London.”

The Salisbury Arms
● OpenHoppers Road, London N21 3NP, United Kingdom“They had very limited dishes as we missed Sunday lunch so ordered the fish and chips. It was delicious and crispy. Plus, this is the only pub I know that sells my favourite red wine 19 crimes. So 5 stars all over. Service is great too. They are quick and on the ball which means the bar isn't clogged with people waiting to be served. There's a car park opposite which requires your car registration in the pub.”
