“Saw this place on Google, then read its reviews... so Came for bacon butties whilst waiting for a flight... ended up eating in. I loved the friendly feel as locals to and fro'd. A classic breakfast, omelette, sandwich or burgers and even cakes were on offer!! (Sorry veggies didn't see any stuff but wasn't really looking. ) A coffee was as a previous review said- top quality! Local knowledge knows!! (Atmosphere is unique to the individual, and for me? Great. ) Clean, very friendly and value for money. Going out or collecting from Terminal 5? Try it for a pure tasty of West London.”

“This hotel delivers the Premier Inn promise with relish. A warm welcome from the check-in team was the start of a great stay. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a great location if connecting overnight through Terminal 5. Bus 8 from Heathrow stops near the hotel's entrance.”

“Really tasty good quality food served quickly. It looks small from the outside but is quite large inside with plenty of seating. Lots of choice on the menu and I appreciated being able to pick what's included in the breakfast.”

“Beautiful place with tasty food. Once you enter inside the Restaurant it feels like visiting an Art gallery. Once you settle in a chair it gives homely feeling.Thank God !!! They have separate menu for gluten free cuisine. Beautiful ambiance and quality food with great hospitality.”

“My partner been here bany times, was my first time. Lovely place to take youngsters. Ours are three years old and perfect for them. Cafe and hot snacks available. Clean tidy and safe with adequate facilities. Recommended”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Even when there is a long queue, I'm served quickly. Lots of seating downstairs and upstairs and it's cleaned regularly throughout the day. I go for the coffee, which is very nice for a chain. I do hope they bring more variety to the coffee blends though.”

“Ordered 4 different packs of coffee from Bruud a while back and still working my way through them. Absolutely delicious, especially the Colombian coffee. Unfortunately I'm now struggling to enjoy the cheap instant coffee as much as I used to as the difference in quality is so obvious to even a casual drinker like me.”

“Would definitely say here again the location is fantastic stone's throw away from the River Thames a great pub over the road (The Swan) which is right on the Thames Rooms are great for what we needed, would probably sort the shower head out because we turned it on and it flooded the bathroom because it sprayed everywhere. Hinge on the door of the wardrobe needs screwing back into place, but small petty things. Would 100% stay here again. Especially with it because a stones throw away from Thorpe Park & Legoland.”

“Perfect for what you pay for, cheap and cheerful and near the airport. The staff are so lovely. Marco was in bed and got up to unlock the door as I had left my jacket in the bar (after hours). The drinks are cheap and it has pool and darts. Would definitely recommend. Marco is a legend!!”
