Adore Dance London
“Adore Dance is a wonderful studio. I joined the Adult Jazz class over a year ago after a long break from dance. Whether you’ve danced before or not, Connor is excellent at teaching the relevant techniques whilst also keeping it light and fun, with some routines in there too. It’s a welcoming place, regardless of skill level so don’t hesitate!”

As a professional musician I found the skill set he developed with me has enhanced my performances and preparation for them. I am a tutor at JRNCM and these ideas and processes have had a big impact on my teaching practice. Stu has a very welcoming demeanour and quickly establishes a good rapport with you. The sessions can feel challenging in nature which I found to really enhance the results. I fully recommend Focused Mind Coaching.”

Robin Corner Counselling
“I would highly recommend Dean as a therapist for a person of any age. Throughout my CBT sessions my mental health has significantly improved in a short space of time. Prior to my first session, I felt anxious as this was my first experience of therapy but Dean is very calming and I immediately felt comfortable. Dean has a careful approach and always provides understanding; his support has helped me to think in much more positive ways for the future.”
Charteris (Kilburn) Sports Centre
“After retiring from work my Doctor diagnosed me with Type 2 Diabetes and prescribed medication (MetFormin tablets). He advised me to exercise and to lose weight. I joined my local Charteris gym and the free weekly Over 50s Keep Fit session where I received a warm welcome and made new friends. Charteris is a community-based not for profit centre run by committed and hardworking Director Lloyd and colleagues who have developed a popular programme of activities for a diverse neighbourhood. After 6 months attending Charteris my Doctor tested me again and found that my health had improved and that I had lost weight. He told me that I no longer had Diabetes and stopped my medication. I will continue to use the Charteris Gym and to attend the weekly Over 50s sessions as it helps me to keep fit, lose weight, improve my health and hopefully live longer!”
Charlton Lido and Lifestyle Club
“A wonderful outdoor Olympic (50m) size lido in south-east London. Extremely clean and heated year round making winter swimming possible, even without a wetsuit. Inside and outdoor changing facilities. Friendly staff and a nice mix of local leisure bathers and a friendly swimming community make for a very nice relaxed atmosphere. Some swimming and triathlon clubs train here too. There's a full Better gym on-site (which can be used for an extra fee) and something quite unique, an outdoor spin studio overlooking the pools. Some of the spin instructors are very entertaining as they motivate their classes :). You will definitely leave feeling refreshed and happier than when you arrived.”

“We highly recommend Sutton the Trampoline Park for Birthday parties. On Saturday 18th March, Nathan and Tia made my Daughter's 4th Birthday an absolute dream. Nothing was too much for them. The booking to process was simple and followed up with emails clearly instructing of what to do to make the day go smoothly. My daughter and all the guest had only good things to say. Thank you and well done to all at Sutton Sports Village.”
Bodysmiths
“Felicity is a phenomenal Osteopath, I work with Felicity to manage Scoliosis and the impact of desk work whilst preparing my body to build strength and flexibility for lofty goals relating to Gymnatics, Callisthenics and Dancing! Felicity will genuinely partner with you to achieve sustainable wellbeing and performance. She is always extreemly thorough in her assessment and takes a holistic approach to getting you in top form. She asks great questions to get to the root cause of what is causing the physical problem - not only in your body, but in your life - be that your exercising style or routine, posture whilst working, stress management, mindset, sleeping position, pillows, matresses, shoes - the lot! She helps you to set priotities and goals for making the changes in your own life that will help keep pain and injury from recurring and then then fulfills her part of the deal and works her magic. Next session, she will hold you accountable by following up on those agreements and actions in a non-judgmental and practical way - understanding the balance between "the perfect world" and the "practical world" - which is an important balance to strike for anyone who has a high achievement drive. I would highly Felicity - not just for a short-term fix, but to achieve sustainable peak performance in whichever sport you pursue.”

Dream Fencing Academy
“Walked by on a weekday, saw there was a fencing club up-there. There is also boxing and I wondered what it would be for me. Tried both and Yossif ("maitre d'arme") was just amazing. It's been a real pleasure, releasing some steam every Wednesday. Brought a couple of friends and everybody had so much fun, Yossif is great for new starters to most advanced! I've checked around London and fencing clubs are ridiculously overpriced with staff that are not even good international fencers, Yossif is a one man band working hard but with a big smile on his face and welcoming eyes. Go and check it out, you'll enjoy as much as I did. Unfortunately work keeps me busy 70 hours/week now so can't really comit to it atm, but will go back some days and practise my lunge ;-)”
