Amazing young barber with so much potential and so polite. Excellent at communicating with the customer, knowing exactly what they want and what would suit them. “A Covid test will never be as pleasant as a massage. The best we can hope for is that it's not any more unpleasant than absolutely necessary. I had booked the 12 hour fit-to-fly PCR test, was served at the time booked, given the choice to self-test under supervision or have the staff do it, and staff were very polite throughout - nothing to complain here. The result arrived after less than six hours - very happy with that. In an ideal world, I would never do a Covid test again, but in the real world, if I need one in the future, I'm likely to use the same service.”

My daughters car has been a real pain with the electrics - so I took the car into Double Dee Bromley - for a start the diagnostics was v quick which gave me the opportunity to choose what to do - aka get the work done or get rid of the car - I left the car with Double Dee for 24 hours, and they managed to source the parts cheaper than they originally quoted - I must say, I was surprised that there are still good honest garages out there - not sure of the chaps name, but just wanted to say a massive thank you it was a huge relief for my daughter and I.”

They took the time to look at the photos I had and to speak to me. As I was getting a balayage, I was at the salon for a few hours and witnessed the expectational service that was faultless throughout the day, despite the amount of customers and the uncomfortable heat. Throughout the progress, my hairdresser explained each step and took her time to execute my balayage to perfection. Afterwards, I decided that I would like my balayage to be darker and they were more than happy to do this the next day. Once again, they took the time to show me different shades and to understand what I wanted. Every hairdresser who works here is incredibly kind, hardworking and talented. The Stylers Bromley deserve far more five star reviews. I find it difficult to believe any of the negative reviews due to my own experience and the comments of other customers. I love my balayage and I look forward to my next appointment. I can not recommend this salon enough!”
