-
Prima Donnas
● Open“Visited with the family after a number of years absent and we were so glad we went back here. The staff are attentive and friendly, made the kids feel comfortable and adjusted any menu items when we needed to. The veal escalope was cooked very well for my main course and tasted lovely. The family fed and the piano player and singer rounded off a nice evening. Will not be leaving it as long as we did till the next time.”

Levan
● Open“Stumbled upon this gem while wandering around Peckham. Now it is one of my favourite restaurant in London. Every dish was creative and well balanced. The summer vegetables, maltagliati and Basque cheesecake were especially the highlights.”

-
Pidgin
● Open“Fantastically creative menu with total attention to detail! Every dish had something special going on, with ingredients that I found harmonised within and throughout courses. There are very talented chefs here, and our waiters were friendly and helpful. I was possibly expecting Pidgin to be over-hyped but I was proven wrong. Definitely worth a visit.”

Nino's
● Open“Absolutely delicious! Had a scallop and prawn starter - best scallops I've ever eaten. Had a beautiful fillet steak pasta dish and monk fish wrapped in parma ham. The cocktails and food were all made fresh and scrumptious. The waitors were very attentive and gave us everything we needed. A little expensive so be prepared to pay more than the average. They will also charge you for the bread that is on the table when you arrive - it is not free!”

Lazeez Indian Takeaway

Legends American Grill & Bar
● Open90 Eltham High Street, London SE9 1BW, United Kingdom“I loved this place. The venue has a mixed blended appeal to me. Its an american themed restaurant and has american memorabilia on the walls from car plates road signs to beautiful pics of Marilyn Monroe to Frank Sinatra with enlightening quotes. It really has a homely vibe to it. The staff are very friendly and make you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door. There very attentative but not in your face so you don't feel rushed or anxious by a constant gaze to finish your meal. My bff & I took our time & had a good catch up for my belated birthday celebration. We started with our cocktails, the strawberry daiquiris and mojito I had were to die for & both made from scratch (wow delish). We had the squid, calamari, cheese & garlic bread for starters, seabass, potatoes and veg for main, plus my friend had the sirloin salad. The portions were that good that we both had to get doggie bags as we were too stuffed to get desert but I'm gonna wear my elastic bottoms to make sure there is plenty of room for my afters the next time I visit. All was on point plus very tasty. I cant wait to go back for. I would recommend this place if you want good food and drinks with a chilled vibe.”

Indian Aroma
● Closed“Thanks Rohith (Indian Aroma) for the awesome food service you provided for my little princess birthday party. The food was so tasty that it dominated everything else at the party and everyone loved the dishes. We were surprised to see people voluntarily taking home the extra food and glad to say not even a small piece went to waste. I am extremely delighted with the quality of food and the professionalism that Rohith demonstrated during this event, he was very humble and polite through out and despite of his extremely busy schedule he took the time to answer all our queries and accommodate all the changes even during the last few days of the event. Thanks again for making this the most memorable day for my family. Being a critic and foodie, I strongly recommend Indian aroma for any event catering requirements without second thought. With love Bala, Shruthi and Anya”

Bridges

Restobistro
● Open“What a lovely little gem. I came here on a recommendation and it didnt disappoint the food was fantastic and so was the service. Went for bruschetta to start and melt in the mouth, fall off the bone ribs for mains. Would forgo the starter next time seeing the portion size of the ribs! Ribs glazed with a side pot of jack daniels sauce, a bit sweet and a lovely depth of flavour. The chips had that real potato taste too. Lovely staff and a lovely evening. Would definitely go back.”
-
Tandoori Lounge
● Closed“The food is amazing. We booked this as a last resort as we couldn't book anywhere....we were not disappointed. If you like proper punjabi food (not the typical indian places that are actually owned by people other than people from India) then this is the place to go.”
-
Anjanaas
● Closed“Anjanaas never disappoints. Have been ordering takeaway from them since I discovered them on UberEats last year and have been very loyal ever since. I went to dine-in for the first time and the staff were attentive and very friendly, the music added great atmosphere as well. As a vegetarian, I love all of their veg dishes as the flavours and portions are great. The mango juice was also one of the best mango juices I’ve had in my life. I always recommend this lovely restaurant to friends & family :)”

-
Spice N Nice - PIZZA & INDIAN
● Closed“This is a really good pizza take away option - however not the typical Italian style. They are different in their offering and while I was sceptical of the curry base pizzas, they actually work! These pizzas provide a good hit of spice and flavoursome toppings. The quality overall was very good. They gave me a portion of complementary wings - these were very very good. In fact, the kids enjoyed them more than the pizza. The menu is huge and I’ve only sampled two pizzas and a portion of wings. Based on these items alone, I was really impressed with this place.”
-
Lyle's
● Closed“I like this place. Food is delicate and precise but the restaurant has a casual, industrial local vibe to it that makes it feel less stuffy than other places of that quality. The food is creative and wholesome enough to not be as uninspiring as the fine dining options of that usual standard. Staff were lovely. I enjoy the East London high ceilings and brick walls, and the way the light pours through the windows. More of a spring/summer location than winter though, as it is a bit airy and cold.”
-
Bua Thai Restaurant

-

Brasserie Zédel
● Open“The atmosphere is outstanding, with stunning decor and a vibrant buzz through the whole place. The food and portion sizes were perfect, the caramelised banana sundae was definitely one of the best desserts I’ve ever eaten. Service was surprisingly speedy considering how busy it was. Cannot fault this beautiful place and would love to return.”
-
Franzina Trattoria
● Open“A great Italian in the middle of bustling Brixton. We enjoyed people-watching from the window seat. Delicious food (don’t you dare ask for a carbonara here! - get out if you..) very friendly service, nice atmosphere. The portions were a tad too generous and very rich so didn’t have room for a tiramisu, sadly. Our Beef Ragu and Sepia Nera squid tagliatelle were superb.”
-
La Divina Italian Restaurant
● Open“Had dinner here with a friend. We were just looking for somewhere to eat after her gig and stumbled across this place. Was really a good decision as we were impressed with the decor and the food was excellent. The portion sizes were very generous and worth the price. My friend had the lasagne and I had the stuff chicken breast with mash and veg. The restaurant is also very family friendly and has a kids menu. I would definitely recommend and visit again with my family.”
-

The Northall
● Open“A quiet Wednesday evening for them. Excellent from Start to finish. We had an amazing sommelier called Selina who was engaging and wonderful to talk to about her knowledge of wine. The ceviche starter was good as was the chicken mains .both presented beautifully. Desert of gateau was also very good. Had the most amazing wines- the amarone and the pipparello. Will be back next month when the set dinner menu changes.”
-

-

-
Three Uncles
● Open“Popped by for lunch and got the 2 meat lunch box set (roast duck and crispy roast pork). Portions were decent compared to other canto bbq lunch restaurants in London. The meats were also top standard for lunch and you also get a portion of veg. Decent amount of seating and the place in general is very clean with a modern interior. The service is very friendly. My only comment is their additional sauces are 1 pound each which is too expensive in my opinion.”
