Went in to store with the watch and spoke with the Manager as she was off that day to get bracelet adjusted. He was very helpful and gave helpful tips. Returned a few weeks later to purchase a Hugo Boss watch for my nephew and white gold earrings for my niece. Taylor and Bashar were very attentive. Would definitely recommend the branch.
