I’m traveling with wife and children and noticed - at the airport - that I had not brought a jacket... less than 2 hours before boarding to Sweden. Melissa quickly showed all options that were travel practical and when we found the perfect one - they did not have it in the right size. It took less than 15 minutes for the team to bring the right size from another terminal store. She and her colleague Tim treated the children with such great care and made what is usually a boring experience to children quite fun... Thank you Melissa!”

“Outstanding customer care. My wife and I were in the shop earlier this week and bought some items. Unfortunately we left one of our bags from a previous shop in the Superdry store and left it in there and got on a flight. I phoned the shop the following day and Bal (shop manager) informed me that she had the bag and it was safe. She very kindly posted it to us recorded delivery the following day at no cost. Bal, thank you so much, my wife was so upset that she left her bag which had some expensive items in it. Your customer care is at the highest level, which led me write this review. “Been here twice now (first time I had to purchase a weeks worth of clothes as I brought my wrong bag for a flight to Abu Dhabi), both times have been exceptionally good, unfortunately I don't have their names but there was a gentleman sales assistant that has always gone above and beyond even today finding me by my gate to check whether I had a Heathrow rewards number for the points. I will always recommend Lacoste in Terminal 4 heathrow and make an effort to purchase all of my odds and ends here when flying. Thanks, Dean”
