“We have only been with Razzamataz for one week but I have to say that from the first phone call to the first class, everyone has been fantastic. The communication has been amazing and the staff are wonderful. Elsie absolutely loved her first class and cannot wait for the next one. “Tried to use self service dog wash for my boy today who has spinal condition, can be very stubborn and extra large breed. So unfortunately couldn't get him in the bath as he is too heavy to lift. Staff were very helpful and understanding and gave me refund no questions asked. Staff explained fully how to use machine and machine seemed very user friendly just shame couldn't get my boy in it. Definitely recommend for other people to try, that doesn't have x-large breed that requires lifting. Great customer service.”

“What a beautiful experience, from start to finish me and my family were treated less like customers and more like... Family. The excellent service was complimented by authentic and delicious Italian food. There were a couple of order miscommunications, but they were resolved quickly and comfortably. Whilst it was a little noisy at first, this was quickly drowned out by a beautiful musical performance from a solo artist creating a unique experience I didn't think could be found in Brentwood. 3 courses with drinks for just £30ish per head for a group of 5, I can't wait to come back. If you like good food and good company, you need to check out Tarantinos.”
