“I stayed at Premier Inn Elstree Boreham while my husband was in hospital. I spent 9 nights in that hotel. It was a very difficult time for me, but the staff were very kind and so helpful, they made my stay very comfortable. They received parcels for me when I was not in. The dinner I had there was well prepared. The restaurant service was very good. I will definitely stay at Premier Inn again, it was affordable, clean, comfortable and safe when I needed just such a place. Thank you to cleaners, receptionists, bar and restaurant staff, maintenance etc, you all played your part to perfection.”

“Despite a nightmare using the Halfords website / online booking etc, I contacted Halfords Autocentre directly as I urgently needed two tyres replaced on a car I'd just purchased for my son. All the swapped parts were shown to me. New ones and the ones that came off the car Was even asked if he is allowed to test drive it.
