Ended up on the dance floor singing and dancing with the owners who know how to entertain their guest. Check it out you’ll not be disappointed.”

“Bar 8 has been an intrinsic part of the hospitality scene at Hanger Green for many years under the direction of Mary Osman and her team. Joyously the offering has been spectacularly enhanced by the arrival of the Stockpot brothers - Sergio & Fabio. I have just had a wonderful hamburger with fantastic chips. My lazy description does not do it justice - it was brilliant! This is just the beginning and I will work through the menu, but rest assured there's a host of other dishes ready for tasting. Brilliant & a great addition to the culinary scene....and Bar8 remains a vibrant and excellent place for drinks and always with a wonderful welcome!”

“I recently held a reception for my babies baptism here, as it was a short walk from the church. I am so happy I did. We had an exclusive day hire with a minimum spend. The food was exceptional. We had such a lovely feedback from all of our guests. The venue was so nice it didn’t need a lot of dressing. Would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a private event or even just for dinner. Huge thank you to the staff who were helpful, friendly and made our day extra special.”

“My daughter & I spent 9 nights here before the beginning of her study-abroad program. We'd selected a hotel in eastern London to be closer to the Goldsmith's campus; this was lucky for us as we happened to be there during the funeral for Queen Elizabeth II (thus we were well out of the way of the crowds and closed-off streets). The room was comfortable and had a great shower. Loved the comfort of the beds and pillows. Room service was fast and great. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The hotel is 2 or 3 minutes from a Tube station which was very convenient. The Tower of London/Tower Bridge was about 8 minutes walking time away. Felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood and many pubs & restaurants were within 20 minutes walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.”

“27 August- 2 September 2022 The front desk service was very attentive and professional. We were greeted by Xinchen Li Guest Relations Manager whom was so so helpful. Her PR is excellent and took us in with open arms. The hotel ambience was warm and welcoming with the right mix of traditional, classic charm with a contemporary feel. We are enjoying every minute in your esteem hotel. The doorman remembers our name and welcoming us every time when we returned. Our room was deluxe, clean and fresh, lovely bed and amenities. The bathroom is very clean and fresh and all we need is there. Everybody from staff is friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, location is great too, a short stroll to the tube station. We will definitely come back!”

“Being a Sushi aficionado myself I am super impressed by what this little independent sushi is able to pull off. The fish menu is fresh, portion is great and for the price the quality food is comparable or dare I say even better than some of the expensive sushi restaurants in central london! Definitely a hidden gem in Chiswick that’s worth visiting!”

“before we delivered by uber, but today went to the place. this is magic! the place is so cozy, staff is not bothering, they come to the table right moment when you need something. you can see how they make sushi jn front of you, place is clean, toilet was a bit messy but was late evening so its fine. signature roll was the best, and terriaki duck was amazing. will order from home and will go back deffinetly soon. 100/10”

“Best curry in surrey we went this evening and had an amazing meal. Quiet time between Xmas and new year so had the place to ourselves but service was charming and unobtrusive. Had a lovely chat with the owner and his sister, the chef. The food was amazing! Great starters- Tandoori fish, spinach and kebabs but the star was the laal mas which had an incredible sauce with such a depth of flavour! Good value for money, good wine and we have already booked to go back in Jan and take friends. Thank you for a lovely evening! 28th May 2022 We went back this evening for dinner and food and service was fantastic again! Street snacks are amazing and warm and welcoming service.”

“I had a fantastic breakfast here with family on the Easter bank holiday Monday. The café was fairly busy but service was prompt and the staff were friendly. The food was great - I had the "Hangover" breakfast - and there was just so much of it. I rarely visit Borehamwood but if I return I will be back for another breakfast.”

“As a born (but not bred) Sri Lankan I think this is the best Sri Lankan food I've had in the UK, much better than stinky Hoppers (which sucks btw all you enablers!). The hoppers here are delicious, crispy and light with a hint of sour just like home and the curries to dip your hoppers in to are soooo good!! Equally the kotthu is great and again doused with any one of the curries is a class combo. Both are must cop here.”
