Samantha is so friendly and even if I don’t get to see her each week, she knows where I am regarding my recovery, as soon as I arrive and then improves my progress by the end of the session. All with praise, encouragement and getting me to believe I could get full recovery in my hand, which I don’t get from any other physio appointments I have elsewhere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! “Honestly love this thing. A friend had one at their house that I tried out and I was very impressed. Bought my own and have used it so much. I suffer with knots in my traps and neck and it's really helped to work them out and make me feel a lot more comfortable. I've had physio in the past because I was in so much discomfort, not realising that it was muscle knots. This has helped me more than any physio session. Also used on my calfs a lot which was absolute agony at first, but again has really made a big difference to me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”

“A wonderful experience with Dr Lin. I have neck pain for couple years. He treated me with fu needle (fast relief) which is supposed to be more efficient than the acupuncture and afterwards I feel much more relaxed. This is amazing. I was very worried it could be painful however I can barely feel it. Dr. Lin is very professional and very patient to me. They also suggest me to take herbal medicines to help with my wellbeing. “I am totally mystified by the criticism posted by others. I have always found this practice, and its predecessor as The Orchard Practice to be really excellent. Helpful, patient and considerate staff, who manage to be helpful while under severe pressure much of the time. And all the doctors, nurses and other medical staff have been unfailingly polite, informative and responsive. Parking is limited which is problematic but this is hardly the fault of the Practice staff. Overall,i'm very very pleased and satisfied by the service I receive. Thanks You.”
