"I wanted to leave a review as there are so many negative ones. I had a lovely experience here the scan was great no one made me feel uncomfortable, of course there was discussions between Drs but the information was passed on to me promptly and I felt comfortable the whole time. They really put in a lot of time and effort to check on the baby and get the measurements they needed which of course we appreciated. I spoke to 2 receptionist, one was a little blunt but nothing that would warrant a complaint and the other one was lovely."

"I wanted to write a review as I have been reading some negative comments here before my visit and set my expectations really low. Can I just say that the visit was everything I wanted, the ladies on the 2nd floor were very polite and patient, my appointment was bang on time so no waiting around and the scan was with a lovely girl that answered all my questions and was so lovely to me especially when I was going through a shock of finding out I am carrying twins! This experience has been nothing but amazing in a beautiful facility with a very attentive staff. I cannot fault it therefore wanted to put some people's minds at ease as there is really nothing scary about this place."

"Not sure if I left a review but I was advised to go here by 111 after having a fall at work . When I got to reception the staff was very rude because I was 10 weeks at the time they refused to see me but it was the way they said it and dismissed me like I was invisible and started to talk to the next women waiting to be seen . I wouldn't recommend them. I had to pay to get a private scan at a private clinic the next day I'm now 19weeks pregnant with a healthy boy"

"Very rude staff especially at the reception on the second floor . I went for a scan with my one year old child. I couldn't believe that the reception staff came and told me to take my child off the chair as these are not meant to play. Can you imagine how much damage a one year child can do with the chair. So upset with their behaviour. These are the chairs that the staff is really concerned about. If any one wants to check the fact please have a look on your CCTV camera. Very very rude behaviour. The staff shows a lack of proper training on how to behave to children and patients. I hope the team should have a review on it"

"When I read the reviews I was quite concerned as there is some really mixed feedback. I have now had my 12 week and 20 week scans and I don’t think I could have asked for anything more. I’ve have been seen slightly ahead of my appointment time both times. The scans are really thorough and the team who have carried them out each time have answered questions and explained things as they went along. Everyone has been very friendly and you really get the feeling they care about the work they are doing. The building the facilities are great. I think the centre is excellent and I can’t rate it highly enough."
