Children's education in Northwood

“Both my children attended Little Learners Northwood from the ages of 1-5 years old. The staff there are wonderful, and it is a lovely learning environment for babies and children to develop and thrive in. I would strongly recommend this nursery to friends and family.”

“As an attendee of Northwood Day Nursery, my daughter had a fantastic time. She loved mixing with the other children and learning from the brilliant staff. My daughter flourished from attending Northwood Day Nursery and would run in on a morning! My daughter was a bit of a picky eater but with the staff's encouragement and the fantastic meals cooked on site, she has developed her flavour pallet and now enjoys a wide range of foods at home and at the nursery. The extra activities are great and my daughter particularly loved Yoga and shows all the moves she's learned to us at home. As a parent, I can't thank everyone at the nursery for the fantastic care and love they've shown to my daughter. It makes it much easier as a Mam to leave her there for the morning, knowing she'll be well looked after and will have a fantastic time. I can't recommend Northwood Day Nursery enough and I'll be very very sad to leave.”

“A truly wonderful dental practice. Friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The attitude and application of all of the staff I encountered was first class with every treatment I had carried out in a such a relaxed atmosphere. I had extensive work carried out on my front teeth including extractions and implants and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My new front teeth look so natural. I would highly recommend this practice.”

“Eastbury farm school is a place where my 3 children feel safe. It's a place where the teaching is second to none. The dedication of the new head Miss Workman and her leadership team is refreshing and I can only see things improving here. The recent results are proof of that. I love the school and everything about it, from the well mannered children to the lovely playground atmosphere. Not to mention the fabulous fundraisers! Don't let the Ofsted report put you off. Come and see the school and speak to the staff parents and children and then make your choice. It will be well worth it.”

“Jack (the instructor) leads pretty fun sessions combining technique, conditioning and for lack of a better term, mindset adoption (you need to get used to becoming aggressive and sharp in a dangerous situation). But don't get the fun side of the classes: Jack displays extreme ruthlessness and aggression in his demonstrations to the class (crucial in self-defense). He is also quite good at observing and correcting techniques when we are practicing. Also, the crowd attending is pretty friendly. So, all in all, really fun Krav Maga sessions in which you learn a lot. Highly recommended. This review is from an adult newbie in self-defense btw.”

The team are amazing and really make an effort to work with you and your child to help them learn and grow. The extra activities included are great and we love that there is so much outdoor play space and activities.”

“My daughter used to go to chickywicks a few years ago and she ansolutely loved it. My son now goes there and again he loves it also. The teachers are so welcoming and are fabulous with the children. They update me on every visit to let me know how he got on. Their dinners are varied and but very healthy. I have the option to send my son to the nursery which is attached to the school which my daughter now goes too, but i have decided to keep him at chickywicks. Definately recommend them.”
