I turned up unannounced and Michelle was an absolute treasure making time to see me to discuss my needs and then managed to find time on another day for my daughter and I to visit her shop to look at her dresses. Having met my daughter Michelle completely got what she wanted and why, which was great. We now have a very happy young lady , a beautiful dress and shop we will definitely visit again. “The VIP Room is a great expansion to fantastic service from Nabi. I’m ‘fussy’ with fine hair that’s challenging for many barbers. I’ve been coming to Nabi for over 6 years so naturally he’s invested the effort to know a bit about me, my family and what’s going on so it’s a friendly catchup. The move to offering a VIP room has made the experience even better, booked slot rather than drop-in, the room’s quiet, I’ve never felt the feeling Nabi was rushing my cut due to other customers waiting, but in the room there’s no distractions and no consciousness of other customers. Will be interesting to hear how Nabi progresses his next record attempt!”

“I’m from New York and was on a school trip to London. Because the toys I want are out of stock in America and jellycat is from London, I searched “jellycat” in Google Maps and saw there is a comment saying”a huge collection of jellycat” under “So Tiny London”. I went to So Tiny, there was no stock but Emma said she could help retain the toys when they are in stock and send toys to New York. Thanks Emma, I received the toys and they are very lovely.”

Originally they were closing at 7pm we arrived at 6:50pm and they was so helpful to help advise on colours and styles from dresses, jackets shoes and accessories we was not rushed and both girls could not have been more genuinely interested in helping us. They stayed open until we had said “yes” to the dress! They are both a credit to your company!”

“Edward James in Battersea offer a high quality service. The salon is situated amidst restaurants, pubs and Supermarkets on a main road, so is easily accessible. It is well presented and it is obvious that a lot of effort has been made to make the place look fancy and attract clientele of all ages. They also offer a number of hair products to those that maybe interested. The staff are exceptionally friendly from the time a customer walks in, regardless of how busy they are. They ensure that each customer is given full attention and care and this is obvious from the complimentary drinks and head and shoulder massages. My stylist Hayley, has been my stylist for approximately two years and has always done a great job. She is extremely friendly and professional and it's obvious that she has plenty of experience under her belt. She has never disappointed and gives her work her 100 percent as she ensures my hair look a lot better from when I first walked in. Her service is quite therapeutic and sometimes this is what is needed after a long day. I recommend her services to all.”

“Great experience! Dequan was so kind and helpful, showed us a lot of options and gave us really helpful advice. We had a much nicer experience compared to other jewellery shops on the road. Dequan dedicated a lot of time to us and was happy to order pieces for us with no commitment (even though they already had a great selection and lots of sizes in the shop), the shop wasn’t crowded and we were offered drinks.”

Take this with a grain of salt though as the selection of course changes depending on what the staff can get ahold off, the selection they have though is still very well curated and the staff couldn’t be more friendly. “I have had the best jewellery purchasing experience ever with Frosts. The item I ordered was out of stock , Louis sourced one had it in stock within a week and managed to still meet my deadline. He was without a doubt brilliant to deal with. The bangle was beautifully wrapped and came with a wonderful keepsake gift card which we will always treasure. I will undoubtedly return to Louis and Frosts whenever I am in the market for a new trinket or two. I cannot recommend Frosts and Louis highly enough.”

“We absolutely loved this shop. They have several branches in the market, and the one we went to was on the ground floor behind all the food stores near the canal itself. The staff were amazing (a cute, very well dressed guy with shoulder length hair who we think was Spanish, and a lovely Italian girl who had more of a French accent and a big smile) and gave great advice on what would or would not suit us. I was after a waistcoat for my wedding and they had exactly what I was looking for, and in the end I also took a jacket and trousers. The prices are really competitive - around £240 for a cool, 3 piece tweed suit is amazing. One of my fave shops now.”

This hotel is one of the best in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you choose this place you will love it I'm sure! Excellent hotel. Five star service. Made you feel welcome. All staff offer a five star service. Has an excellent St Pancras Spa in the basement where you can quite happily spend the whole day and have a really enjoyable relaxation break. If you pay for a treatment from the treatment menu then you can get free use of the spa facilities. I always leave feeling relaxed and happy that I had spent time at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel and St Pancras Spa. Everything you need is here from the restaurant, bar and rooms for overnight stays.”

“Stayed here on my travels for work. The check in/out process was convenient and staff were helpful and efficient. Brick Lane is a very lively street (perfect if you love Indian cuisine!) and our room was right at the front - we didn't notice any noise at all. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and I got a good night's sleep on a mattress far nicer than mine at home. Small note that the bed was very high off the ground because of storage built into the bed frame. Not an issue for me but worth mentioning for anyone with restricted mobility.”
