“Had a few issues with cancellations due to covid and staffing at the start, which happens. The staff dealt with re-booking really well, called and left messages, also had the text message reminders for my appointments. The reception at front desk is very friendly (has been Nicola/nicky I've seen mostly). Gave me advice for products i could try without being too pushy. Recently visited the hygienist (khalda I believe) who was thorough and professional. Explained exactly what was going to happen, what to do next. I Feel very comfortable when visiting !”

The practice in Molesey is a calm environment, there is no pressure at all just a safe place to let go of any worries or troubles going on in ones life. I would always go back in future.”

“I had a lovely visit today, was greeted by Jennifer on reception and was kind and welcoming and Julie as well, I got seen to very quickly - I saw Dr. Bhamm who was very helpful and took time to explain to me what was going on concerning my teeth she also made me feel very at ease and explained the next steps of my treatment very well, will highly recommend this practice every staff was kind, professional and made me feel at ease!”

“Another fantastic service from Deens. Phoned Friday, car in on Saturday morning & all fixed. Polite, efficient & good value. Fantastic service. Phoned Friday afternoon. Car booked in for service Monday morning. Collected in the afternoon. They even polished out a scratch on the mirror which i thought needed a paint spray to correct. Staff were courteous. Nissan wanted to charge me over twice as much, were very unhelpful on the phone & couldn't care less.”

“Always nice to shop there, but today I had a patron don their wannabe parking attendant hat, grilling me for having the temerity to park in a spare 'parent with child' spot. They claimed the spaces are solely for those with sprogs requiring a buggy (what are trolleys with seats are for if too lazy to carry them ?), not a child with special needs (spacial awareness, having in the past nudged another car door). I did move the car to a standard spot before collecting her from the store, allowing the aforementioned special citizens a great Sunday in their own little universe. To the other half of the wannabe parking attendant, practice with your wife on a leash when outside the house.”
