All the staff have always been caring, kind, attentive and professional, and have always provided the best care to both my animals and myself. I have always received a sympathy card from them, when I have lost one of my pets, which is so lovely. “Cannot fault the staff here at all! Went in today as I had surgery 3 weeks ago and I wasn't sure if part of the incision had become infected, but my GP couldn't see me today. Was in and out within an hour- thankfully not infected, but the nurse I saw was understanding about me getting it looked at just to be sure. Was talked through why it's acting up, how to look after it and sent on my way. No complaints at all!”
