“I'm shocked by the reviews on here! The practice is lovely, I've been a patient for 6 years now with my family even before Bupa and have always received excellent care and treatment from my dentist. Receptionists are really friendly to speak to and they are very accommodating. The practice is very busy but in my opinion, they manage it really well! I agree it could do with a refurb as does look shabby... but have been told its on the agenda soon. Thank you from the King Family”

“Great vets, staff super friendly especially with my cocker spaniel, he is not nervous in there. The vet explains everything to me in a simple way, have been to previous vets and they were too medical. I am not stupid but have no medical training! I have been going here for years as was recommended to go there by a friend.”

“I stopped going for regular check ups due to a horrible dentist I had as I child. Then in my 20s I needed work doing so booked in new haw and it was the best division I made. The receptionist was and always has been kind, welcoming and always remembers me and now my kids. Never once have I walked into the receptionist and just sat there ignored like so many big practice do. I'm always feel welcome there. Sharaz, is my best dentist ever. She talks to you, asks about family, and treats you as a friend. She discussed my cleaning regime, and made me change my ways to prolong the decay of my teeth. She's quick and great my kids. I've been with this dentist for over 15 years now, I've moved twice - further away each time. I now live 10 miles away from them but still attend my 6monthly visits, because they are so great. Highly recommended.”

“Visited The Tesco Cafe at Addlestone on Sunday 11th. Originally just for a coffee but decided to have a breakfast too. I didn't expect much if I'm honest but I was blown away by how good the food was! A delicious cooked breakfast was £4.15! It was far better than many I have before that cost over £10! The coffee was equally lovely too. I will certainly be returning in future after such a great experience.”

“It is not the practice’s fault that it is understaffed and trying to cope with a large capacity of patients. The system in place is the very best that can be offered at this time. Like most patients, I have to fill out submission forms and wait quite a while if I call but there has not been a single time my request hasn’t been met within the time frame promised. I know sometimes mistakes are made, but that happens to all of us. The staff and very helpful and polite. And if, in the past, there have been any problems, the practice has dealt with this swiftly.
