The person-ability, honesty and professionalism showed was impeccable. My car had an issue no one could diagnose, let alone fix. Not only did he diagnose and fix the problem quickly, but he sent me a full video report describing the state of my vehicle - showing what was needed right away, and what could be changed next year, and so on. “Had an issue with back bumper. The team did a great job. Matched the paint etc and gave the car back cleaner than I'd handed in. The best thing about HSA was that they communicated really well throughout the process. Costs timelines pick up etc etc. Super stress free, given not having your car is stressful. Will now take Mrs car and have recommended a few other people. All positive experiences so far. One area for improvement, they were super busy, need a couple more people (admin side) to help when it comes time to pick up the car or drop off etc etc.”

Colin has been exceptionally thorough in his investigations and completely put my mind at ease. He is excellent at listening to patient concerns, explaining why they might be experiencing issues and identifying solutions. Colin has shown great care and compassion throughout my investigation and the issues I experienced. He is in general much more knowledgable than any other dentist I have been to. I would recommend this practice to anybody!”
