“Required a boiler service and spent a while looking for a company with good reviews. Found Pete (P.H.Butler) and couldn’t be happier! Found a couple of fairly major issues with the boiler that other engineers seem to have ignored. Pete explained the issue with me and showed me the faults before completing any additional work. I then highlighted the terribly low water pressure in our shower and Pete explained through possible options explaining the benefits and drawbacks of each. In the end, we got P.H.Butler to change the water cylinder to a larger unvented unit. Very fair pricing with zero complaints - thoroughly recommended!”

“Daniel Mears has installed a gas boiler and central heating system to replace the defunct warm air heating system in our flat. He then fitted a new kitchen. I am delighted to recommend him. He is professional and approachable, as well as responsive. His work is absolutely excellent, as is that of the team of people who work with him. He pays attention to aesthetics as well as practicalities. Of particular note was the fact that we needed the job to be done within a specific timeframe and he overcame various obstacles to make that happen. His network of other good tradespeople is large, which is very useful when undertaking a project such as this. I contacted him and he responded quickly and fixed a time to come over. He phoned me that morning to confirm what time he would arrive. He was extremely polite and communicative. He talked me clearly through the options and cost benefit of each and didn't use lots of industry jargon like many plumbers do that most people don't understand! “I called Boiler & Heating Care as I wasn’t sure when my boiler was last serviced (no sticker) plus recently it was loosing pressure. I also called them about gas safety check as I had never seen the certificate for the flat I purchased. Luckily I did ask them to gas safety check as there was a leak from the main meter!!
