“I always have such a good experience at Astrid & Miyu! The team are super friendly & professional, and the jewellery is beautiful. The shop is small (just a little store in Boxpark) & it can work out quite expensive as you pay a £20ish piercing fee on top of the jewellery which is £30 min. However, I do think it’s worth it for the quality of the jewellery & professionalism of the piercer! Also worth noting you nearly always have to book in advance & can’t just walk in. I’ll definitely be back!”

“I've visited London 20+ times over the past 30 years. While on holiday, we were seeking a new spot for great fish and chips. This spot scored 4.9 on user reviews plus this location in Fulham was near where we were staying so we decided to give it a try. The atmosphere is very pleasant (casual). This location has only been open 6 months and still feels new and welcoming with comfortably spaced tables, beautiful chandeliers, etc. To cut to the food, the fish and chips were outstanding. I personally prefer my chips slightly thinner, but they were fresh cut and prepared correctly. The fish (I had cod, but you can choose haddock) was cooked perfectly. Crispy brown outside, moist and plump inside. It comes with a smashed pea puree. The lunch special includes fish and chips with a beverage included (soda or half pint of beer). My wife had a steak pie which was freshly prepared and delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive. Elton is a great guy and will answer all your questions. We'll be back!!!”

“Best Indian food in Southwest London. Period. As an Indian myself, the food here is authentic - and not comparable at all to the generic fare served at most curry houses. Standout dishes for me were : - Lamb Nihari - Kheema Pav - Malai Chicken Tikka - Social Chicken Curry Only critique would be the service which can be slow at times, but I'm sure theyll work it out. 100% recommend”

“One of the best Italian restaurants in London. Had Linguine Frutti Di Mare, Calamari Starter and Chocolate Fondant and they are all perfect. Not a fan of mussels until this visit. So fresh I'd think the sea is accessible from their kitchen. @Albion if you read this, keep doing what you've been doing, may you stay in business forever.”

“The pictures really don't do it justice. I thought I had had "good Italian food" before but this is a different league. "Pineapple juice" never looked this glorious before, very fresh. That octopus! Wow, great texture, a satisfying bite but not at all rubbery, somehow with an almost charred flavour. Then that mash, with flavours something like garlic? Apple? I don't know and I'm not sure I want to know how the magic is done. Why spoil enjoyable mysteries? The risotto main is stunning, what a showpiece, also delicious. Took my time to enjoy it both visually and to dig out and eat the meats. All the flavours balanced. So light tasting, but so filling. (I am a little bit in love with that fish plate). ...but for desert somehow my stomach found space. Pear and ricotta cheesecake, maybe some subtle spice in there? Again wonderful textures, melting but also with an enjoyable chew. Lemoncello, made by them, gorgeous smell, clean refreshing taste. No sugary syrup. Very pleasantly surprised. I could never cook this good and I wouldn't dare try. My words don't do it justice either. I could go on. Best to just come back here. ASAP. Definitely, the best meal I have ever had. “I have written a review on this excellent restuarant before and we visited it again last night. The food and service here is truly remarkable. Its an intimate venue with young, friendly and attentive servers. The food really is excellent. They use a Josper Grill so the steaks are amazing. I had a hearty portion of pate to start and then a superb beef wellington. One of the highlights of dining here is the cocktails. They are inexpensive and pack a punch (both flavour andf booze). I have not had a better Cosmopolitan anywhere else on this planet. In short, they get everything right at The Queens Rooms.”

“As an experienced diner who regularly eats at Al la Carte restaurants every Saturday evening I was lucky to come across Giacomos when searching for somewhere different to try. Crisp white linen table cloths were greatly appreciated as so many restaurants think it is trendy to eat from formica tables despite claiming to be high end. Since our first visit during which we could not fault a single thing we immediately booked to come back within the next two weeks. The staff are friendly and attentive, but not intrusive, and the food is good quality beautifully cooked. At the time there was a small party celebrating a birthday who were all enjoying themselves and from an onlooker received excellent service throughout right down to the end of their meal when they were served champagne. This week we discussed how lovely the lighting is, not too bright but a warm glow. I have eaten every variety of meat they have on the menu. The liver, veal. steak and lamb were all cooked to perfection. It is also nice to see people made an effort in the way they dressed which not only showed respect for the restaurant but for other diners. Who wants to see workman's jeans when you have dressed suitably for a lovely evening meal in stylish surroundings, keep them for the burger bar. .”
