Steve has been amazing with my dog who has needed major surgery on a tumour, and has just had 2 more removed. The prognosis isn't good and he has been honest and straight talking (which I'm guessing is wrongly taken as rude by some), compassionate, realistic and has gone above and beyond each time I've taken Izzy in. I've also had a previous dog put to sleep there by Alex. Again, compassionate, patient, lets you go at your own pace and was lovely. The receptionists (I've cried over Gemma many times now) are outstanding. Always helpful, always caring, get to know you personally and make you feel like you're their only client. If you're looking for a vet that will tell it as it is and treat your pet as their own, these are your guys.”

“We booked to have our tyres inspected / changed because one of them was going flat. Whilst the appointment took a bit longer than they had estimated, the staff were extremely helpful. They showed us a video of the nail in the tyre and explained why they couldn’t legally repair it. Unfortunately there was a mix up with the delivery of the tyres we had chosen, but they gave us tyres of the same quality / value at a discounted price checking first we were happy with that and honestly laying out the options. They kept us informed as we went along and overall were just really friendly, helpful and apologetic. We’re not local, but if we were I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again. “I’ve always had great care at this hospital, from the nurses and staff who looked after me when I had an op, to the physio department, to my surgeon himself. The building is a bit dated if you compare it to the Guildford Nuffield, but that’s the only fault I can really find with it”

“Great apartment, very clean and close to the town center, restaurants, shops and train station. It had everything we needed and more. The communication with the host was really good, they were quick to reply and helpful. They made everything so easy, the check in, the check out. We even asked for an extra night and everything was easy to solve. We will choose them again if we need another apartment in Woking, for sure!”

“I visited the shop on Monday carrying my one month old granddaughter who, as soon as I got to the till, started crying to be fed. The lady assistant was very sympathetic and offered me the display table and chair to sit in to give the baby her bottle. I was astounded by this as the usual reaction to a crying baby in a shop is to get them out of the shop as quickly as possible. Not so in this case. I was able to feed the baby in a lovely cool place in peace. They even supplied me with some kitchen towel. This was exemplary customer service by the lady assistant and her colleague - and I had only spent £4 ! I will be back to spend more whenever I can. Thank you.”
