“Been here twice now (first time I had to purchase a weeks worth of clothes as I brought my wrong bag for a flight to Abu Dhabi), both times have been exceptionally good, unfortunately I don't have their names but there was a gentleman sales assistant that has always gone above and beyond even today finding me by my gate to check whether I had a Heathrow rewards number for the points.
