“Spellbounding. I was going to get the soft play set, but the venue said no to inflatables. I asked john for the ball pit and then a mix of rockers and tunnels to make it just as fun. He came up with a wonderful combination as below with some lovely lighting. I was blown away by how amazing it looked, the children (1-6) all equally enjoyed it. It was so good even the adults didn't want to leave! It was also set up and cleared away quickly and efficiently. I can't thank John enough!”

“These guys are absolutely amazing! I rang the number (that i found on Google) after getting a really flat tyre on the a406 at 1am on a weekday. Jack rang back and sent someone out to me in 20 minutes. Huseyin came out and changed my tyre very quickly and even showed me how. They were both so polite and professional - which is comforting being a young lady on your own, broken down for the first time! Their price was reasonable too. I can't recommend them enough!”

“Excellent service. Hired two bouncy castles, a slide, and a regular one, for my son's 5th birthday. We got a great price on both and the kids loved it. Staff were so lovely, and friendly! They arrived when they said they would. I was emailed confirmation and called to confirm my booking. Very happy with the service would recommend, and definitely use again!!”

“My wife found Stella on the internet after reading the good reviews. We booked her for our daughters 4th birthday. All of the kids had a fantastic time. Stella arrived on time and with all of her equipment. She started off with face painting and which was cool and the designs were excellent. She then started the party with a magic show, a story, pass the parcel and balloon making. With music of course. All of the kids were very hungry afterwards which was a good sign. Stella did everything with a good heart and she genuinely puts in a lot of effort in what she does. Thank you for making our daughters 4th birthday party memorable!”

“A great selection of films all the time. Bargain bin prices on a Monday too! What I really like though is that the lobby area is spacious and actually great to work away, read, chat with friends, drink, be merry. They also do Pitchblack Playback where you sit in the cinema and listen to an album in the dark. I fell asleep but that’s because I was tired, slept like a log. It was funny for some reason as some crypto-lad chatted to me beforehand and then I just slipped out when it ended, like a groggy thief in the night. (There was a time when the tap in the men’s had out-of-control water pressure but that’s been fixed. A bit niche but other reviewers like to nitpick)”

“I can’t praise Castle Cars high enough. I’m so impressed. They provide updates on the booking, when they’re en route, what car to expect and the driver arrived promptly. Nice clean car, friendly driver and I was there and back in 30 minutes!”

“My updated review - after being invited back, I booked a birthday lunch for mum and it was amazing. Service attentive and food delicious with a birthday dessert as a nice touch. Thank you to all staff for making our visit special, will definitely return! We were greeted and seated nicely by a lady in all black but served by wait staff in stripy t shirts and blue shirt and it was dire. Our drinks came after our starters after two prompts and even then one of the party had to wait for the two drinks they ordered after a further prompt with no apologies. Food was placed on the table without a by your leave. Chilli squid was soggy and bland but lamb croquettes were good. Mains were OK. Lights inexplicably dimmed a few times. Asked twice for the bill. I wanted to like this place but no.”

“Amazing place with amazing food. I had the Turkish Breakfast alongside the vegetarian pasta bake. The staff were really nice. I was served by Connor, I think that was his name as well as Ayna. The hot chocolate was delicious and I liked the creamy top, it was very chocolately. Highly recommend this place if you’re ever by Elephant & Castle.”

“Really great hotel, we had a stop over at Heathrow so booked this hotel. Our flight ended up delayed by 3 hours so was really glad to have a room. Absolutely no issues with check in. The room was clean and bed comfy great value for money and really easy to get to from terminal 4. There's a 24hr Costa so we did that for breakfast but there is a buffet on till 10:30. Really easy nice stay. Would recommend.”

“The best rental experience I've had during my decade in London. The building makes for superlative views and the flats are tastefully crafted with chic/minimalist interiors. The Sky lounge, the gym and the cafe are a bonus and curated to enhance the living experience. Of course, a building with over 200 flats will run into minor glitches, and some rules may not please every dweller, but the management have been quick on their feet to communicate, set expectations and rectify. The staff are supportive, personable, friendly and fun - and that has made my stay here a delight! Special mention to Jam, Paul, Ceri, Fareed, Emma, Eugene, Alfredo, Reema, Connie and Kevin - you guys are swell :)”

“Great family stay. Room was big with a second room for the kids to sleep in, already made up. Super clean and staff very helpful. Electric car charger was easy to get to and working with a decent charge rate. Had Christmas lunch, good value and very nice. Will stay again 100%”

“Me and my friend (pictured) drove here and were able to park conveniently right in front of the pub! The staff were extremely friendly, one of them even laughed at my jokes which is a rarity. The Guinness was superb and this can be telling of the establishment as a whole. They also offered us a rewards card on arrival which gifted a free pint for every six purchased - very handy if you're going as a large group! The Heineken silver wasn't for us but you can't please everyone in this day and age. Will definitely be back here in the near future.”
