We were seen to quickly, the entire team were professional and even entertained my baby whilst i was with our dog. Lovely family friendly feel with a huge parking just behind. “Being a dog about town, a girl like me needs to know all the best places to ensure they help me look my best. I have appearances to keep up you know... A while ago my servant Frank (Labradoodle) and I found this bijoux grooming parlour near our mansion overlooking the Thames - Frank went in and came out looking 100 times cleaner and actually quite intelligent (makes a change) and me? Well ladies all I can say is Karen is a hooman that really knows her stuff - for weeks I look like I just stepped out of a salon! And you bet your ass I'm worth it sisters! Betsy xxx”

“Had a few issues with cancellations due to covid and staffing at the start, which happens. The staff dealt with re-booking really well, called and left messages, also had the text message reminders for my appointments. The reception at front desk is very friendly (has been Nicola/nicky I've seen mostly). Gave me advice for products i could try without being too pushy. Recently visited the hygienist (khalda I believe) who was thorough and professional. Explained exactly what was going to happen, what to do next. I Feel very comfortable when visiting !”

“I had a lovely visit today, was greeted by Jennifer on reception and was kind and welcoming and Julie as well, I got seen to very quickly - I saw Dr. Bhamm who was very helpful and took time to explain to me what was going on concerning my teeth she also made me feel very at ease and explained the next steps of my treatment very well, will highly recommend this practice every staff was kind, professional and made me feel at ease!”

This place is decked out very 80s retro, you don't just come here for a cut but you can stay for a game of pool, play the arcade machine and admire the decir on the walls whether it be the Star Wars corner or the Prince room. Definitely worth a visit.”
