"Dropped car off (E class estate) Monday morning 08:30, phone call Tuesday midday to say it's ready, collect it when I'm ready. Front end damage (headlights, bumper, manufacturers badge, false lower grill.) damaged bumper had to be removed, new bumper painted, false parts fitted, and bumper refitted. Initially dealt with by Gemma, office work taken over by Rob. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Hope l don't have to, but would definitely use again. All that service and a loan car supplied"
