"These guys have zero skills in customer service. This was my return visit and even though I felt the same on my first visit, I ignored as thought they might be having a bad day. But The Boss/manager (whose phone number ends in 445) is absolutely rude and does not know how to talk to people. I walked into the shop floor and he ignored me and walked past me. Tried to get his attention but he ignored again and had a face on as if he is being forced to work here against his will ! Absolutely shocking behaviour. I am here to spend money, not ask you for it so at least talk to me? A Few other mechanics in shop as well but busy doing their own work with no regard for who is waiting or how to deal with customers. Saw a few other customers waiting too. Price might be competitive but attitude is shocking. I took my business elsewhere and glad I did. Won't return again ever."
