What turned my review round wad the amazing member of staff that not only apologised as much as he could, but then went on to ring another shop and get the battery delivered to the store I had ordered it too originally the same day! Great customer service!"

"Long queue always. They just saying short of staff. But the staff who are available also very slow and rude. They never give a customer satisfaction. Don’t know who found these clowns. They even don’t know where the items stored. Just walking around to find the items and waiting time. What a joke."
