“Great service from Ronnie and the team in Kwik Fit South Harrow. Called them of the of chance they had a particular tire in store when I found a nail on my mums tire in the morning. I strongly suspected that it was not repairable due to the position of where the nail pierced the tire. Called them at 10:45am and they confirmed they had the correct tire in store. They reacted immediately and were happy and accommodating enough to do the work the same day. The car tire was replaced within an hour of calling them. Excellent service and to add further customer value they gave a small but very much appreciated discount making the cost more average without the the need to wait for a cheaper repair. My mum is elderly and was also delighted with the service received. I would not hesitate to use this particular Kwik Fit in a heartbeat should I need any other work done on any of our cars in the future. A* service all round thanks !”

“They went above and beyond for us to be honest, did us a massive favour when finalising at the end and a mixup with the 3rd party's insurance. The standard of work is equally high as well, you wouldn't have known the car had been involved in an rta at all. Also guaranteed the work for life and said to bring back anytime if there was an issue with anything they did and they'd resolve it for free. Overall, we were lucky to use them and would go back again in the future with no hesitation at all.”

I was in and out within 40 mins, all done. And they are so honest that they did not bill me excessively for other minor repairs, that usually happens when you go for an MOT. “Following a recommendation, I took my car for an MOT to Kerby's for the first time, in the second week of November 2021. I arrived at my appointment time and was made to feel very welcome by the owner, Paul, who was friendly and professional. Paul gave me a timeline for both the test and any potential work that may follow. I left my car there and received a phone call from Paul within a couple of hours advising me of the result. I then went to pick my car up and settled for a very reasonable price, as quoted. This is a non pretentious, family run business spanning many years - they do and charge exactly as they quote you - at a reasonable price too. My husband spoke to Peter today and he advised us to contact the original boiler installer to rectify the problem (as it’s their responsibility to install correctly) which we did and it’s being resolved.
