Metro Radio Cars were superb. I booked a taxi to and from St Pancras a couple of weeks in advance. The operator was very friendly and diligent and I received a text message confirming the booking immediately. I called up a week later to adjust the booking, again no problem. On the day of travel, I received a text message in advance confirming the booking and that my taxi was en route. The driver, Wit, was fantastic, ever so friendly and helpful. My kids loved him. On the way home, same process and same driver! My kids were so pleased to see him! He helped with all our luggage and made a point of saying goodbye to the kids.
