I spoke with Christine at reception and she was excellent, personable, understanding and very helpful as was her colleague Phillip. All sorted now, I had 4 new tyres fitted for a great price, have now booked the car in for Brake Discs & pads next week. Great to get proper customer service. All the swapped parts were shown to me. New ones and the ones that came off the car Was even asked if he is allowed to test drive it.
