I arrived at my appointment time and was made to feel very welcome by the owner, Paul, who was friendly and professional. Paul gave me a timeline for both the test and any potential work that may follow. I left my car there and received a phone call from Paul within a couple of hours advising me of the result. I then went to pick my car up and settled for a very reasonable price, as quoted. Then later days, when I checked this battery at this garage, then the owner Ramesh said that it was a wrong and less powered battery and he really helped me to exchange this battery to a high quality one by calling Euro car parts. Because of his rapport with Euro car parts, they had agreed to exchange the battery even after 3 months of initial purchase. This is just one significant example out of many. I would highly recommend this Garage and the dedicated owner!!”

“Just wanted to say what great service I received from these guys today! I bought a car second hand from a local garage in Milton Keynes and the service history appeared a bit patchy; there was only one receipt and stamp in the service booklet. So I rang the number on the receipt and Headstone were able to not only put my mind at rest, but also forward copies of the services they had undertaken. They were very busy but said they'd try to get it done if they had any cancellations. Phoned us with a quote for works needed , got on and ordered parts and we were hoping possibly getting back after weekend, however , called this afternoon (Tuesday) Our car was ready and was slighter cheaper than quoted because it didn't need any oil.
