She ensures that she will teach dogs in her care basic training and recall before she even thinks of letting them off their leads or long lines, if you choose to have your dog in a group walk she will put together dogs that she think will get along and slowly introduces them, my dog loves her walks with Beth. 5 stars all the way”

Dexter is always so excited to see Lucia and he comes back looking and smelling incredible every time. Not only is Lucia a brilliant groomer, she clearly loves all of her dogs (and they love her!), and takes her time to get to know them, their needs and make them feel comfortable in the salon.”

“Mans Best Friend Kensington & Chelsea Doggy Daycare is beyond brilliant. I have been bragging at the local dog park about Emma and her amazing team of doggy carers!! My little frenchie “lulu” has been attending since she was 4 months old - it has helped her so much in terms of socialisation, positive behaviours, and stimulation!! Jake is her favourite human who collects her and brings her home each day & who she goes to for cuddles as often as possible!! “Amy from Woof Woof Walk initially started doing puppy visits for us. Now our puppy is 5 months + he has progressed to proper walks and is loving it. I was very anxious about leaving him at first but both Catherine and Amy quickly put me at ease. It is clear they have the dogs best interests at heart. Both ladies are very responsive on text and extremely accommodating of my often last minute requests (ever changing work set up). I would highly recommend them to any dog owner. “Well, what can I say...AMAZING! Honestly, I am so in love with London Woof, as is Ruby my 3 year old schnoodle. The love and care she receives from Gabor, Ruta and Maruena (sorry, I don't know the correct spelling!!! But Ruby goes NUTS when he comes to pick her up!!! And he is so brilliant with her) I feel such a sense of relief knowing she is having a ball and in safe hands on days I need day care, and just recently she had her first overnight. She loved it. I have had issues with Ruby in the past with separation anxiety and also being a little madam with taking it as she is top dog. But I have been actively re-training her and she is a different dog...I definitely link this with her attending London Woof too. They know her needs and have been implementing her new routine there too. She is calmer, happier, less anxious and well, just the happiest I have ever seen her. Thank you LW and all the team. Big shout out to Gabor who calls to let me know how she is getting on...SO lovely. What a manager. Well, I wish I'd known about this place before- my dog looks so beautiful! Normally, she has a couple of weeks where she looks a bit 'odd', but she came home yesterday and she was groomed to perfection and smelled amazing too! “After going to the same groomers for over 2 years I decided it was time to look for a new one. My previous groomers, although good I seemed to always pick fault with the finished cut, asking them to trim further areas. I grew sick and tired of repeating the same thing. I always felt disappointed. Sometimes it looked like he didn’t get a groom at all and before I knew it I was back for another groom!! After some online research I decided to give Perfect Pooch a try! “Elmtree doggy daycare is absolutely fantastic. Mungo has been going since he was 15 weeks old and he loves it. He gets so excited when the van arrives to collect him that it's hard to get his lead on as he wriggles so much! I can see from the photos and videos they send that he is clearly very happy there, and I know he is in good hands. I would definitely recommend Elmtree.”

“Our puppy Peggy always comes home very tired, what more can we ask! Gail sends us videos of walks during the day so we can see she’s being well looked after. Overall service is great, pick up in the morning and drop off in the evening. The dogs all seem to have a great time playing together and Peggy always seems excited when Gail is at the door to pick her up.”
